  What is Clubbers ?

Clubbers is a one stop platform for party goers/socialites to not only view all the most happening parties in town but to also get themselves and their friends hassle free onto the Guest-list, RSVP or purchase tickets for the best events.

  What happens if an event gets cancelled?

In case of cancellation by the event organizer for a Guestlist or RSVP event an SMS will be sent notifying you of the cancellation. If the event that you registered for is a paid event you will also be notified about the fee refund via email. However cancellation of registration for an event that you have registered for, will vary and depend on the Organizer's terms & conditions.

 Do you charge extra fees for a booking?

Clubbers charges an additional convenience fee which varies in respect to the price of the ticket.

 How many tickets can I book in one transaction?

You are allowed a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction. Incase you wish to book more than 10 tickets, please feel free to contact us on +918197660518.

 Is there a telephone number where I can contact you and book my tickets?

 Is there a cut off time for booking tickets?

The tickets can be booked until the time the event ends.

 Is there a cut off time for putting my name on the Guestlist?

Yes, there is. It depends from event to event.

 How can I confirm whether my tickets have been booked?

As soon as your booking is confirmed, a confirmation e-mail and SMS containing your booking details is sent across to the contact details entered while booking.

 How can I confirm whether my Guestlist/RSVP have been booked?

As soon as you click on the register button after filling in your details, a confirmation SMS containing your unique code is sent to you.

 I booked tickets through the website/app but did not get the confirmation email / SMS. What do I do?

 How do I transfer my tickets to a friend?

Tickets once purchased cannot be transferred.

 Can I book my tickets without my credit card since I don't want to disclose my credit card details?

All credit card and debit card payments on Clubbers are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks. Banks in India now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification. You can also pay via Net Banking

 Can I cancel my tickets?

Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled.

 I want to partner with Clubbers to list my events on your website/app. How do i go about doing that?

 Do I have to print the ticket?

We believe in being eco-friendly. You can either show the e-ticket (That was emailed to you) on your phone or just the message (SMS) you received after you booked your ticket or put your name on the Guestlist/RSVP, containing the unique code.

 I accidentally booked my tickets for the wrong event, can you change the tickets?

Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, replaced or refunded.

 My booking has been rejected, but my credit card has been charged? What do I do?

This issue can occur in case of a network fluctuation at the time of confirming the transaction. In this case, a reverse request for the charge on your card will be sent by us the same day to the bank.

 The refund has still not been credited in my credit card account

Event listing on Clubbers is free of cost.
